Former Police Officer Ray Tensing arrested and indicted for murder of Samuel DeBose

What's The 411 host Glenn Gilliam is calling former University of Cincinnati Police Officer Ray Tensing on the carpet. Tensing was fired and indicted after video of him shooting Samuel Debose in the head was reviewed. Hamilton Country Prosecutor Joe Deters announced the felony murder charges, recently, saying:

"This is the most asinine act I've ever seen a police officer make. Totally unwarranted...it's an absolute tragedy and that in the year 2015 that anyone would behave in this manner. It was senseless...it's just horrible."

The incident was captured on the officer's body cam.

SINGER TYRESE GIBSON is not singing a happy tune when it comes to pop radio stations. The singer, whose album is number one of the billboard R&B charts, says that hit music stations are not playing his tracks. Gibson told TMZ: "When i think about Sam Smith, Robin Thicke, [and] Justin Timberlake- when they're singing R&B soul, their songs are being played on all formats of radio, including urban radio. We don't say because their white they should only be played on the white stations. If I'm number one...my song deserves to be heard by the world."

What's The 411 correspondent, Onika McLean, came to Reverend Jakes defense in that he may not be an activist, as all preachers are not activist preachers.

He never earned a penny that wasn't public money. How many fundraisers does he attend every week? How often does he play basketball and golf? I wish I had that kind of time. He's lazy, but the media won't report that."

However, according to Americans Against The Tea Party, President Obama would need to take the rest of his presidency on vacation to add up to the time former President George Bush took on vacation.
